Shipping Information

Toffee to Go, Inc offers Fed Ex shipping. Please call for Express and International Rates. Fed Ex will not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please call us if you require that service. Fed Ex does not accept addresses without correct zip codes. Toffee to Go will not be responsible for shipments lost, delayed, or returned because of incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Please allow up to two business days for your order to be processed even though most orders will ship the same day if received by 2pm. Orders received after 2pm on Thursday may be held until Monday to ship.

Toffee to Go is shipped frozen and travels very well even during warm weather when the toffee will thaw while in transit. Once you receive our toffee, we recommend refreezing or refrigerating it so that it returns to its proper consistency before serving. Our toffee can be thawed and re-frozen any number of times without damaging the product.

Shipping Prices

Chocolate products require cold packaging in warm weather. From April to October, Toffee to Go uses insulated coolers and ice packs. The charge for “summer shipping” is $3.00 + the cost of shipping.

Toffee To Go offers Federal Express shipping rates, which can be estimated in your cart and during the checkout process. We offer Ground, 2 Day, Standard Overnight, and Priority Overnight rates.

Tax

7% sales tax will be added to any orders shipped within the state of Florida.
