Shipping Information
Toffee to Go is shipped frozen and travels very well even during warm weather when the toffee will thaw while in transit. Once you receive our toffee, we recommend refreezing or refrigerating it so that it returns to its proper consistency before serving. Our toffee can be thawed and re-frozen any number of times without damaging the product.
Toffee to Go, Inc offers UPS shipping, which can be estimated in your cart and during the checkout process. We offer Ground, 2nd Day Air, Standard Overnight, and Priority Overnight rates. Our factory is in Florida (the yellow area). For GROUND SHIPPING, please see the map below to determine how many days your package will be in transit, once it is shipped. The number of days shown does not include the day the toffee ships. For example, if you live in Illinois and your toffee is shipped on Monday, you will receive it on Thursday.
Please allow up to two business days for your order to be processed even though most orders will ship the same day if received by 2pm. Orders received after 2pm on Thursday may be held until Monday to ship. Toffee to Go will not be responsible for shipments lost, delayed, or returned because of incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Warm Weather Shipping
Chocolate products require cold packaging in warm weather. In warm weather, we require that you choose 2nd Day Air Shipping. (See NOTE for exception). From April to October, Toffee to Go uses insulated coolers and ice packs. The charge for “summer shipping” is $5.00 + the cost of shipping.

Tax
7% sales tax will be added to any orders shipped within the state of Florida.
