Estimating Shipping days

When estimating the number of shipping days, do not count the date it ships,
weekends, or holidays. Please note: FedEx does not deliver 2-3 day or Overnight packages
to a residential address on the weekend. Only ground packages are delivered to residential on the weekends.

Please note, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military addresses.

Shipping Details

Toffee to Go, Inc offers FedEx shipping, which can be estimated in your cart and during the checkout process. We offer Ground, 2-3 days, and Standard Overnight rates. Please note: FedEx does not deliver 2-3 day option or Overnight packages to residential or commercial addresses on the weekend.

Please keep in mind that severe or winter weather conditions may impact shipping timelines.

Toffee to Go cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We ask that you provide a street address, with the appropriate suite or apartment number, for your order. To ensure our chocolate toffee is in perfect condition upon arrival we only ship Monday through Thursday. We do not ship on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate toffee, we are not able to ship outside of the U.S.

Our factory is in Florida (the pink area). For GROUND SHIPPING, please see the map below to estimate how many days your package will be in transit (pre-pandemic), once it is shipped. The number of days shown is an estimate and does not include the day the toffee ships. For example, if you live in Illinois and your toffee is shipped on Monday, you may receive it on Thursday. When estimating the number of shipping days, do not count the date it ships or weekends.

Orders placed Monday - Thursday will ship the same day if received by 12pm. Orders received after 12pm on Thursday may be held until Monday to ship.

Toffee to Go will not be responsible for shipments lost, delayed, or returned because of incorrect or incomplete addresses. There will be a $15.00 fee assessed for any address corrections made by our carrier in order to ensure proper delivery of the package. The $15.00 fee will be charged to your original form of payment. Toffee to Go will not issue a refund for packages refused by the recipient, incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses.

Warm Weather Shipping

Our perishable chocolate toffee products require cold packaging in warm weather. From April to October, Toffee to Go uses insulated coolers and ice packs to preserve the quality of our toffee. In warm weather, when an address takes more than 2 days to ship via ground service, the ground option will not be available and we will require the 2-3 day or Overnight Shipping options for those orders.

Shipping Times & Restrictions

Carriers are experiencing increased shipping volumes and deliveries are taking longer to arrive at their destinations. FedEx is not guaranteeing any delivery methods and has suspended their money-back guarantee until further notice. We are unable to provide a date of delivery, however, you will receive an email notice upon shipment with the FedEx tracking number so you can follow the shipment.

Holiday Shipping Delays

During November & December, carriers experience increased shipping volumes and deliveries take longer to arrive at their destinations. FedEx does not guarantee any delivery methods or delivery dates.
